This course is designed for individuals working in the transport and logistics sector, including warehouse staff, drivers, supervisors, and operational managers who are responsible for maintaining workplace safety. It covers key WHS legislation relevant to transport and logistics, practical hazard identification across warehouses, depots, and road operations, and effective risk control strategies such as load securing and machinery safety. The course also addresses emergency procedures for incidents and spills, and clarifies roles and responsibilities in WHS consultation, incident reporting, and ongoing compliance.

On successful completion of this course, students will be eligible for a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for:
- TLIF0025 Follow WHS procedures (Blue Card)
An SOA will be issued by RAISE Training - RTO No. 91655 within 30 days of completion of the course, provided all USI, fees and charges have been finalised.
The units of competency listed above are current on the National Register of VET at the time of publication.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
Foundation skills are the underpinning communication skills required for participation in the workplace, the community and in adult education and training.
• Learning – to learn to provide first aid response in an emergency.
• Reading – to administer medication for anaphylaxis or asthma.
• Writing – to complete documentation such as reports/risk assessments.
• Oral communication – to call the ambulance and provide a handover.
• Numeracy – to count the number of compressions and breaths.
• Digital literacy – to access and navigate online learning environments
You will require an internet capable smartphone or tablet to complete online components of the course.
All other training and assessment materials and equipment will be supplied throughout the course. Students should wear steel capped boots and hi-vis vest/jacket.

Those with concerns related to language, literacy or numeracy skills will be asked to complete an LLN assessment, which will inform on the suitability of the course or any additional support that may be required for successfull completion.
Face-to-face and online learning
Training and assessment can be adjusted to account for specific workplace requirements and the existing skills and knowledge of the students.
This course is offered and delivered by Ingleside College on behalf of RAISE Training. The course fee will be paid direct to Ingleside College.
This course may be arranged by an employer who can be invoiced for the training. If the student is booking direct, training fees must be paid by the student directly to Ingleside College. Course fees and payment terms will be communicated to the booking party (employer or student) prior to enrolment.
In the event a course is cancelled, or the services are otherwise unable to be delivered, a full refund will be provided to the booking party.
