Suman Sedhain is a highly experienced and certified First Aid Instructor with a strong background in emergency response, healthcare, and workplace safety. With 16 years of experience in the field, he has trained countless individuals in essential life-saving skills, including CPR, wound care, and emergency management.
Passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and confidence to respond to medical emergencies, Suman combines practical expertise with engaging teaching methods. He has worked with diverse groups, including corporate teams, educators, childcare providers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring training is accessible and relevant to all industries.

About the Trainer
Tirtharaj Guragain
Meet Tirtharaj Guragain, a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse at St. George Hospital in Sydney. With over 16 years of extensive experience in both healthcare and the disability sectors, Tirtharaj has worked across Australia and internationally. He has provided vital support to children and adults with disabilities, helping them in rehabilitation, education, and financial empowerment. Additionally, he has contributed to the design and production of assistive devices such as ankle-foot orthoses and prosthetics, improving the lives of people with disabilities. Tirtharaj is deeply passionate about training and education within these sectors. His dedication to this cause has led him to continuously organize and lead training programs, equipping individuals with the critical skills to respond effectively in emergencies. He holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Newcastle, further strengthening his qualifications and expertise. With his extensive background and hands-on experience, Tirtharaj is committed to delivering life-saving training that prepares individuals to act with confidence and make a meaningful difference in critical situations.
