Suman Sedhain (Director & Instructor)

Suman Sedhain is a highly experienced and certified First Aid Instructor with a strong background in emergency response, healthcare, and workplace safety. With 16 years of experience in the field, he has trained countless individuals in essential life-saving skills, including CPR, wound care, and emergency management.

Passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and confidence to respond to medical emergencies, Suman combines practical expertise with engaging teaching methods. He has worked with diverse groups, including corporate teams, educators, childcare providers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring that training is accessible and relevant to all industries.

Tirtharaj Guragain (Instructor)

Meet Tirtharaj Guragain, a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse at St. George Hospital in Sydney. With over 16 years of experience in healthcare and the disability sectors, Tirtharaj has worked across Australia and internationally. He has supported children and adults with disabilities, aiding in rehabilitation, education, and financial empowerment.

He has also contributed to the design and production of assistive devices such as ankle-foot orthoses and prosthetics, significantly improving the lives of people with disabilities. Tirtharaj is passionate about training and education, frequently organizing and leading programs that equip individuals with essential emergency response skills.

Holding a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Newcastle, Tirtharaj combines strong academic credentials with real-world experience. He is dedicated to delivering life-saving training that empowers people to act confidently and make a meaningful impact in critical situations.
