Book course
Book class selecting Virtual option. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed, a training equipment kit will be posted to you for use during the session conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Complete Online Training
Complete the online pre-course training at your own pace by reviewing the learning materials, watching training videos, and answering the assessment questions.
Attend Zoom Session
Attend your scheduled Microsoft Teams video conference session and complete the required practical demonstrations. Your instructor will provide guidance, instructions, and feedback throughout the session.
Return Our Materials
Return the prepaid box of training equipment at any Australia Post office. Once it is received, your nationally recognised certificate will be emailed to you.

How does the virtual First Aid or CPR training work?
Participants complete the online theory component first. After booking a session, they attend a live Microsoft Teams video training where the instructor guides them through the practical demonstrations.
