How does the virtual First Aid or CPR training work?
Participants complete the online theory component first. After booking a session, they attend a live Microsoft Teams video training where the instructor guides them through the practical demonstrations.
Do I need any equipment for the virtual training?
Yes. After booking and payment, a training equipment kit is posted to you. This kit is used during the live practical training session with the instructor.
How long does the course take to complete?
The online theory can be completed at your own pace. The live practical assessment conducted via Microsoft Teams usually takes a few hours depending on the course.
What happens after the practical training session?
After completing the practical demonstration, you return the prepaid equipment kit at any Australia Post office.
When will I receive my First Aid or CPR certificate?
Once the returned equipment kit is received and your assessment is confirmed, your nationally recognised certificate will be issued and sent to you by email.
